I read This quote  last night – before sleep and i wondered –

Why why why – am i so in this space of Not wanting to Stop Creating .

Whether it be poetry or images or sound – It’s so Alive – It’s incredible

Two Years ago – I would of never imagined – The will and Urge to Create that I have found in myself now .

Everything has changed – and I have allowed it too .

The  Perspective – The Love of just Doing it . The no more excuses – The Will to Live out loud .

Why – I still have no idea .

But it doesn’t matter .

There is No need to analyze anything anymore .

And that sentence – in itself is wonderful .

I have just created a new account on SOUNDCLOUD

Which i will be uploading Spoken word poetry in the next few days- Once i have figured out that Platform .

As I have written before – This is the best year of  my life thus far – as i have never felt more Alive

In Love with Life – and Peaceful to a point where there is no shaking me from this place .

I don’t want to analyze ever again – I just want to DO.

And DO with an impassioned Heart that Just cannot stop .

This is a Place i call Peace .

Peace and Fervour at the same time .

The Fingers cannot stop writing

The voice cannot stop singing

My apartment is strewn – in a good way – with new ideas – notebooks – two finished novellas

and a Will to create  that says – MORE !

When we move with life

it Moves with us

There are no barriers in art

This is a beautiful place to be and stay .

Happy in a way – I have never felt before

Unleashed from the past

Feet planted Firmly in the Now .

What Comes next – I have no idea – and I love that .

Only Creating . That I know .

Isn’t it wonderful when This Freedom sweeps You up

and carries You – with tranquility every day .

This is a place i never wish to leave .

  1. Wow Cat! What an incredible inspirational post full of truth and encouragement….I absolutely loved it! And I love that quote….I know exactly that feeling and your thoughts on it too….that creative urge is like a groaning, a longing to be birthed into the world and given life, a voice of its own. There is no other feeling like it and I would never trade it for anything….It makes me happy to hear how happy you are in your life now, and I wish you the best in everything you set out to do. And I have every confidence that you will do it well, and even exceed your own expectations. 🙂

      IF YOU HAD SEEN ME 2 YEARS AGO – ABOUT THIS TIME –
      IT WAS PRETTY MUCH DEPRESSION TO THE MAX ….
      BUT THAT YEAR AND MUCH OF 2011 –
      I TOTALLY BROKE THROUGH-
      AND IN TURN
      A NEW WOMAN WAS BORN – AND I REALLY DISCOVERED – UNRAVELLED ALL OF ME – NOT TO SOUND TOO CHEEZY -!!!!
      BUT 2012 – NOW A LIFE OF JUST BEING ME TO THE FULLEST – NO COMPLAINING – NO LABELS – NO EXCUSES – NO LIMITS …. JUST PURE ARTISTIC FREEDOM AND ACCEPTANCE OF IT ALL – THE GOOD AND NOT SO GOOD – AND ALL THE LESSONS …..WOW …….

      SO YES – I AM NOW ALWAYS IN A GRATEFUL – GRACEFUL PLACE –
      AND NO MATTER WHAT
      I WILL KEEP CREATING
      BECAUSE THIS IS THE MOST PEACEFUL PATH …..

      WOW WHAT A JOURNEY SO FAR !
      MUCH LOVE TO YOU CELESTE
      I READ YOUR RESPONSE THROUGH MY INBOX BEFORE BED LAST NIGHT – AND I WAS SO HUMBLED .
      BUT I DIDN’T HAVE THE WORDS TIL THIS MORNING

      1. I know what you mean, but I don’t think it’s new agey, which I’m not either. It’s just a natural flow! I’m very happy I found your blog and you, I love it when I find people to connect to, somehow lately it seems easier in this internet space than in real life. But it gives me energy too.

        Have a really nice day Cat, and I’m happy my energy jumps, maybe because I love what I do (just hope I can get my body to be filled with energy all the time as well!)
