        On a funnier note, I got smacked with a jay walking ticket as I blindly ran past a train cop. Yoinks. Man, I could have outrun him too. In a skirt and everything! 😀 Sigh… At least it was only $60, I remember Ontario being $180- $500 😀

            I joined the gym today! Wooo! The owner was so nice! I’m soo excited! To vent my frustrations, get fit with my soul, reconnect with myself, yeah! I use to sabotage my success by not being too great, and working out was one of them. I use to apologize for people that I shouldn’t have to say sorry to, like girls who envy the very thing they can work on themselves to get.

            But self-sabotage, I realize, gets you nowhere but sad fast. So no more apologizing for what God gave me. I’m going to fuel it instead for goodness towards myself. No more backing down who I am, I am going to funnel it into positive good deeds. And no more shrinking myself to make others feel better, because I’m tired of feeling awful so that others can gloat at my misery. I’m tired. I’m fed up. And I ain’t apologizing anymore at how fabulous God has made me, quirks, bumps, imperfections, blemishes and all.

            Thank you for allowing me to break out of my own shell, into the mould of who I want to be.

It is sizzeling hot outside…..A single rain clous passed over a few moments ago, rained about 10 minutes…..we were standing out in it, arms wide, faces upturned, catching it on our tongues and laughing, my son and me….now we are going to bake some zucchini bread together…..I have a mouth watering recipe….. 🙂
